What I do on site
Each skill comes from work I've done on site or documented in my final-year project.
Setting out & levelling
Auto level surveys, carrying levels from benchmarks, and checking excavation depths and road levels.
Earthworks & compaction
Excavation, compaction in layers, and moisture and density checks before foundations.
Reinforcement inspection
Checking raft, column, ring beam and brace steel against drawings, and verifying bar bending schedules, spacing and cover before concreting.
Formwork, PCC & concreting
PCC beds, formwork and staging checks, pours, compaction and curing for elevated RCC structures.
Concrete & materials testing
Slump cone, cube compressive strength, core cutting and sieve analysis, with results recorded for QA/QC.
Reading structural drawings
Foundation plans, column layouts, brace-level plans and ring beam sections, compared against what's built on site.
Water-retaining structures
Limit state design to IS 3370 (2009): hoop tension in circular tank walls, crack width limited to 0.2 mm, and water-tightness testing.
Rigid pavements (CC roads)
Subgrade preparation, levels, expansion joints and concrete quality control on cement concrete roads.
Quantities & BOQ
Quantity take-offs from drawings, Bills of Quantities, measurement sheets, variation tracking and billing support.
Site safety & coordination
Daily coordination with supervisors, labour teams and subcontractors. Safe manual handling trained to Irish and EU standards.

Water tower for an APTIDCO government housing community
I worked on site as an intern engineer from foundation to staging. The work became my B.Tech final-year project, which I co-authored with four classmates under Mrs K. Sai Ramya.
Levels & excavation
Ran auto level checks from the benchmark to control excavation depth, then checked compaction before the PCC bed.
Raft & staging steel
Checked circular raft, column, ring beam and brace reinforcement against the drawings and BBS before each pour.
Quality control
Took part in slump tests on site and in compressive strength, core and sieve tests in the lab. Also took levels on the colony's CC roads.

GSR Construction and Interior Studio · Hyderabad, India- Produced quantity take-offs and BOQs from construction drawings for residential and fit-out projects.
- Coordinated site engineers, subcontractors, design and procurement so deliveries matched the installation sequence.
- Tracked variations and kept measurement sheets, redlines and project records ready for handover.
- Supported cost estimates, client billing and budget monitoring in Excel and Primavera P6.
